Today Natalie got a rather disturbing call. Three Puppies found in a zipped up duffle bag in an alley by a busy road. I don't even have the words to express the feelings...
The good samaritan who found the puppies managed to find a home for one of the three. There are two left. They appear to be around 16 weeks old (an educated guess) they also appear to be "doodle-like." Most likely they were someone's attempt to make a quick buck on the whole labradoodle/goldendoodle trend. When the pups didn't sell.....
In any event we have two newcomers and now we need two foster homes. These are puppy puppies- meaning they are not housetrained, cannot be left alone for 8 hours, and are going to need lots of love and patience. The boy puppy has a wiry coat, and the female has more of a wave to hers...
The pups will be at the Adoption Fair this Saturday!
