Sad Goodbye

This morning we said our goodbyes to little Carly. Rest in Peace little one.

Carly came to us just over two weeks ago- dehydrated and near death. She was nursed back to health and was very loved and treated like a little princess. It was discovered last week that she had Coccidia- and unfortunately her immune system was so compromised that treatment was not successful. Carly started seizing yesterday and has not strong enough to fight the infection. Last night the very difficult decision was made to end her suffering. This is a very sad day but we'd like to thank all of you who have asked about her, and for all your kind words.
